The Federal Trade Commission has obtained a preliminary injunction against Donald Barrett, Direct Marketing Concepts Inc. (DMC), and ITV Direct, Inc. (ITV) for misleading the public about their dietary supplement, Supreme Greens. The companies promoted Supreme Greens through a commercial as a cure for cancer, diabetes, arthritis, and heart disease. Consumers should be careful not to be misled by commercials that promote Supreme Greens.
